The shopkeeper is very rude. I wanted to deliver a letter and wanted to pay with a 20 Euro bill. Then she complained to me that she was not the bank after all. After several such unfriendly encounters, I will not visit this store again.
NEVER AGAIN !
When you enter the shop here, you actually have to apologize for being there and wanting to use the post office. The rudeness of the lady is a cheek! Everything you need for service is apparently a problem - customer friendliness is a foreign word here!
One wonders why the lady does this job at all when she doesn't feel like the job and the customers.
If you have to go to the post office, you should go straight to the branch in Hersbruck, where - in contrast - you are always welcomed in a friendly manner and issues are dealt with uncomplicatedly!
Here you have to work on friendliness to the customer. I've been here several times and didn't feel well treated. If I have a choice, I go somewhere else.
New Year's Eve fireworks absolutely top every year
This shop is only entered if it has to be! And I definitely for the last time!
Everyone has a bad day, but the boss has probably only bad .. something of unfriendly, inflexible and slick if you ask a normal question .. does not work!
