The order worked uncomplicated, friendly and quickly by phone. The delivery was quick. The table knives are simply incredible of great quality. My first one is at least 15 years old, runs regularly in the dishwasher and is still hot. I ordered newer ones from Goodwell about 1 year ago and they are like the first day. My latest order came today. Simply great quality, of which I am completely convinced. I can really only recommend this to anyone who is looking for really good knives. And all promises were kept (free bonus, discount). All in all really top and 5 stars absolutely deserved!
We placed an order at the beginning of July 2019 by telephone. The communication was very friendly. At our request, the first delivery was made on account. We have received a knife set for free and a 20% discount. The delivery was very timely.
Maybe the 'unfriendly lady' mentioned here was not in the house. We can not complain anyway and continue to order there.

I ordered 2 knife sets by phone and was very kindly advised by a young man. As promised, I got a gift set and a 20% discount on top. It doesn't get any better. Cash on delivery does not incur any additional costs, everything is great! And the table knives are so great, I got them for free 20 years ago. 12 years ago which was reordered and now again. We always put them on the table.
I remain loyal to this company. There are no better knives! They cut great even after years and of course come in the dishwasher.
Excessive freedom not to order knives and then be rude on the phone.
