We had our bathroom completely renovated by Wojciech in 2020. We noticed the company when we were selecting the craftsman company. We were advised and looked after in a friendly and courteous manner by Mr. Wojciech. He never gave us the feeling of being pressed for time (although he had a lot to do, as we noticed on the sidelines!). The company stands out pleasantly from the rest of the plumbing companies in the Altenburg area, some of which we did not receive any offers at all (although promised!) Or were put off "until later". The staff were also friendly, reliable, punctual and did a high-quality job. They gave us the impression that they were very happy and satisfied to work for and for Wojciech. Man (n) should not take the promises on the homepage too seriously. After the debris was left lying ankle-deep in the room, a dripping pipe was not closed, a new drain pipe looked worse than the old and not of offered quality, brought the customer to the language. Result: Fa. Wojchiech broke off the tents and brought the construction process to a halt, instead of apologizing and correcting the mistakes. show less
