We did the bath with the Heid company.
The work went quickly, great. The tiler that Mr. Heid brought with him was also great.
Both company bosses are available by phone for questions.

At least when it comes to Vaillant appliances. In the end, I had to call in an emergency team from Vaillant after Heid had made repairs worth over € 1000. The one from Vaillant was convinced that I would have played around with some controls because the heating was completely turned off and at the end said to me that the parts that had been exchanged that Mr. Heid had exchanged had nothing to do with my problem. 😕
The tip, however, was already the first meeting when the craftsman came on his bike without tools to find out that he needed tools for the repair. I had to make a new appointment. In addition, I was charged € 50 an hour plus travel costs for this service 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Christian Heid always has the customers' wishes in mind. Even if it was difficult and dangerous, he has given us good advice and reliable help. I can not understand the negative reviews absolutely. For us the company Heid is a good partner for plumbing and heating. Thanks a lot!
