Within the past year we have had two water damages in our house due to damaged pipes. In both cases, water ran down the walls. After each call to the Brox company, a team of fitters came to us within a very short time and rectified the damage by locating the leak and replacing the respective lines. The work has been carried out professionally and to our highest satisfaction. We can fully recommend Brox.

A catastrophe, twice as high as estimated. And unfriendly too. Timesheets from the employee are incorrect. Calculated too many hours. It borders on fraud. Send 2 people charge the full hourly rate and only one works, the other (trainee) just watches and then write more hours on the timesheet than was worked.

Craftsmanship ok, but arrogant and not very customer friendly. Agreed appointments can be canceled without a refusal, the fitter is simply not. For queries and complaints is knowledgeable and aggressive responding and the customer stupid - but at the same time pushed for quick payment of the bill.
