This rating refers to the customer friendliness of the company, not to the repair itself. The Wolf company repaired the washing machine connection when we moved into our rental house. This should have been at the expense of our landlady. For this we needed a short, simple statement from Wolf (whether the connection was functional when moving in or not). Our repeated, weeks-long attempts to get such a statement from Wolff did not bring anything. I only received unfriendly accusations from Mr. Wolf that he has no time for such favors and that I disturb him. I was willing to pay the company for the statement (whatever the statement was, even to our disadvantage - we just needed clarity), but there was absolutely no concession. Because of the lack of opinion, we now have to pay 167 euros, which should actually be borne by our landlady. A little customer friendliness would be very much appreciated here, the company would have received further orders from us.

We got the complete heating system in our apartment building from Wolf. From there as a general contractor a new bathroom. Thank you very much for the great service.
