The Kadel company has been advertising with reliability for 80 years ... Maybe that was the way it was 80 years ago. Our résumé of the competent work of the Kadel company since it renovated the apartment above us: double water damage with mold in the hallway, as well as in the adjoining guest room + a large water damage with black mold in the main bathroom after a pipe break during the renovation work + an accidentally opened ceiling in the Second bathroom .... This is annoying and seems highly unprofessional. So if it is the usual procedure for renovation work to lay adjoining apartments in ruins, I guess: steer clear of this "bubbling", "groundbreaking" craftsmanship. Incidentally, the communication with the Kadel company was or is catastrophic, number turners and VAT included. So if you would like to renovate the apartments of all the neighbors and welcome many unnecessary additional costs, this is the place for you.
Sounds like slapstick, but it's not half as funny.
