RUDE CASHIER AND HER MANAGER!! I shopped on 22/2/2020 at 18h55, I bought only 01 BACKLEBERKAESE full priced 5.98e with 30% discount, last price was 4.19e. BUT Cashier counted me 02 and only discount 1.79e (for one pcs) instead of 3.59e (for 02 pcs). When I realized that she was wrong, I informed and she gave me back only 4.19e. I explaned for her many times that she had to back me 5.98e, not 4.19e BUT she did not understand, she said I did not trust her, and also said to everybody around something in German then they looked at me like I made something wrong. She aslo rudely told me to take money and sign the receipt immediately because she had to go home!!! OMG I just need everything be clear. After that, a man (maybe manager) came, he immediately gave me 1.79e more and backed to his work without saying something to me. Cashier also DID NOT GIVE ME AN APOLOGY.
