An appointment was made at short notice for the pre-installation; then with 1 specialist and one assistant (was still clearly in the training phase) on site; almost all parts of the trade had to be claimed (listing everything here would go beyond the scope). My complaint was promptly processed free of charge. Although definitely not everything was fixed satisfactorily (we needed 2.8 battens instead of the agreed 2.4 for further expansion, connection for shower fitting was not relocated, the cladding of the Isofix was skilfully filled and the full daily rate for 2 men was billed, although it was were only at work on the construction site at 11:00 a.m. We still paid the requested invoice amount, because it should continue. Now the company has a lot of orders and unfortunately I cannot set the shower tray.
