I have been in this dental practice for several years and have to convince me again and again of the great competence and know-how. Here the doctor always keeps up with the times. I recently had a new crown inserted, this time with the new method, quickly and with great commitment. You know how difficult such an operation can be. I am very grateful for the great effort and effort. I can recommend the doctor with a clear conscience.

Within 4 years as a patient only had good experience with Ms. Borngräber's teeth cleaning. All the auxiliary dentists who have been employed there to "practice" after their studies have meanwhile completely let my trust wane. Despite my request that I only be contacted by Dr. Queisser would like to be treated himself, someone new, unknown to me and also quite inexperienced dentist treated me more badly than right. The bosses themselves probably only treat you as a private patient.

My molars were filled with new ones due to deep caries (Nicole Hagemann). After that, I had large spaces between my teeth and considerable pain during and after eating. In response to my complaint, I received an impractical recommendation regarding cleaning and the statement that one would have to pull the roots. 8 weeks later one of the fillings fell out again. I went to the emergency services. He was quite surprised that no proximal contacts were made with me. My gums were traumatized and tooth decay was still there. My teeth were completely treated again in another practice. For me, the Schmidt and Queisser practice is more appearance than reality.

I drove over 100 km with great hope, after 5 minutes driving home with great disappointment, if there is no capacity, you should not make an appointment, it was not situatio that my tooth was broken and very pointed because of the corona crisis Waited extra long and got a new appointment, but sending it away again is a bit immoral. Incomprehensible.

Top dentist, with the same team. Especially for anxious patients! With his relaxed calm, his remarkable empathy for the patient, relatives and his team, he stands out from the crowd of his colleagues. The ambience of the entire practice is almost an oasis of calm in modern medicine, which otherwise tends to be hectic. So it is definitely worth making another trip here. And I was just Mrs. Flohr's companion!
