To be honest, it seems very questionable to me how the orthopedic business can have such good ratings here. Guided by this and because it has existed in Hildesheim for a very long time, my mother wanted to have a knee bandage made. This was really acute as she urgently needed stability in the knee area. Unfortunately, there was no specialist on site during the first visit. Instead of saying this, however, the measurements were carried out by third parties and were therefore not correct from start to finish. Unfortunately, this was only noticed after a week, when the bandage should actually have arrived. At the second visit everything was measured again. My mother emphasized several times that she would like the bandage to be longer and a little tighter overall, both above and below. Unfortunately there was no notice and the bandage arrived in the standard dimensions, which is unfortunately not sufficient and as already mentioned was emphasized several times. So the concern was explained again and the complaint was returned that everything was correct. Due to the apparent lack of competence or simply lack of interest in the customer, we took the bandage back and forth after a total of 5 weeks. We are more than dissatisfied and will definitely never come back!

Great! Due to an acute plantar fasciitis deposits were made to me very shortly, which relieved me immediately the foot and I could go again. Afterwards, I spontaneously went there twice to adjust little things until everything was perfect. All questions were answered and I got tips to buy shoes. Perfect service!
