Beautiful untouched nature .... I do not stand on carriage rides, because I do only sorry the animals ... but many of course use the opportunity and then you can also see a lot and explore if you are not so good on foot .. .. also the places around are very nice and you can discover a lot .... the residents are very hospitable .... all in one visit
I would like to share my experiences of the last four months with Mr. Lautenschläger (hereinafter referred to as the "Trainer"). After a period of lack of exercise, I started training with Mr. Lautenschläger on a personal recommendation. After a thorough check out, it started. His realistic assessment of the initial situation of individual muscle groups and the state of my general fitness was the basis for the first training sessions. Our training takes place outdoors and involves the continued building of neglected muscle groups. The goal of a balanced function is very beneficial to me in my job. The weekly exercise program is very versatile and always well dosed. I like how the trainer incorporates the local conditions in the exercise program (eg TrimmDichFit way around the Lazy Sea). The coach has a very polite and motivating nature. He always respects the needs of the customer. Many exercises can be easily transferred to the home training. There are no limits to creativity and often the simplest exercises are very effective. Now I walk the 10km distance under one hour and feel much better overall. I can definitely recommend the training with Mr. Lautenschläger.
