As a guest and absolute beginner, I was allowed to take part in two trainings and was very enthusiastic about the atmosphere and the way in which the training was carried out. Sport definitely doesn't have to be humorless. 😎 Thanks again!

Deserved 5 stars! Here you can simply have fun doing sports, no matter what physical fitness you start with. Jannick is absolutely competent and conscientious, the training is varied and the size of the group is ideal for a great training session that is motivating! Humor and a good mood come for free 😉👌

I have been training in the weight room for over two years and can only recommend it. The equipment and the trainer are first class and together they tickle everything out of one. No matter what fitness level you have, you are in good hands there to improve it! An all-round package!

I've only been there for two weeks, but I can highly recommend the training. The premises and equipment are top notch, the training is varied and a lot of fun. The training times are flexible. I also think it's great that people train in small groups. Excellent! I stick with it !!
