Franziska is a good soul who always takes care of the well-being of her protégés. The training is varied and demanding but without any pressure. You learn to listen to the signals of your body and to pay more attention to yourself. I really enjoy training. The studio is also equipped with great attention to detail. I feel very, very well.

I can highly recommend Lichtblick Yoga, I feel very well taken care of with Franziska. There is always a great atmosphere with professional guidance. I also find the structured structure of each hour with relaxation at the end nice.
I can switch off from everyday life very well and find myself. A little break for everyone ... 😉
Price-performance ratio is great, times can be easily reconciled with family and work.
Since I've been doing yoga, I've been feeling painless and good. It's a great change u train your feet, legs, stomach and back even your soul ... just great there ... I can recommend it to anyone who wants to do that ... 😊🙏
