The employee today was very friendly and showed up on time for the annual heating maintenance. After about 40 minutes everything was ready and the heating was back on.

Unserious company one calls to clarify something .. then it is put on and weck pressed at the appointment allocation. Dates are not adhered to on time and then you are still asked to pay.

We heat the heating for about 5 hours a night! Today (11.1.) It was 13.5 Grd. Between 4 and 5 o'clock the heating starts with such a temperature on heating, that one can not touch it and that for hours. I think that drives the heating pads up. We've had that before. Since we had to pay between 200 to 400 € Heizkissen. This time I know that the heater has been set incorrectly and our house will fight back.
