They offer nice shoes in lower price.
Here we often buy shoes for our children and we are usually very satisfied with the service but today it is a hit. We answered no to the question of whether we would like to have our 4 pairs of shoes impregnated (€ 3.80 per pair) and suddenly the saleswoman derailed and the friendliness was over. I have no understanding for such behavior.

Staff friendly. Everything clean and tidy.
Personally, I always go to Deichmann when I need shoes and see if I can find any. However, it has been for years that I either do not find my size or that the shoes are very inferior quality, so you get the short-wearing bubble on the heels.
(For me it was always because of the fact that I got blisters, because the shoe was often reinforced with a metal plate in the back, which then cut down into the heel.)
