Rude ... and they don't know how to talk to people either ... We went shopping with them yesterday. First my mother is puffed up because of the mouthguard (she has an exemption certificate) and that by an employee who doesn't even wear her own properly. By the way, all employees there wear like that. Under the nose ... do they wear their underwear at half past eight? And then looking at the certificate you don't even ask for your ID? And at the checkout. You are left standing because the shelf arrangement has to be discussed first? No "hello? A little moment please"? And not even eye contact for several minutes.
