Not busy all the time
A less populated train station in Thuringen. Gera Hbf is bigger than other regional train stations eg. Jena and Weimar. Facilities are well. There are some food shops in the exit to the city. It's clean and tidy as other German train stations. Everything os well kept and easy to understand.
Average train station. Nothing special. You can access the tram directly from the platform by stairs or elevator. Regional bus station is right in front of the train station.
