They are super rude and very unfriendly. When I telephoned them just to ask about my appointment as I had lost the paper where the date and time was written, at first time, lady received the phone and said "Ja hallo...ich verstehe kein Wort " and hung up..I tried to call her second time and she finally answer. We talked in German lanagula ofcourse. I asked her if she can look up for my appointment and she said "..we have 50 appointments every day..and I can't do that for you to check every pages.I simply cannot do." I understand she can't help but with that tone of language.. That wasnot acceptable dear staff. I couldn't get help

I'm with Dr. Strenzke and the team are very satisfied. I had a mole removed from my face. The initial consultation with the doctor was competent, very detailed and very friendly. Would always go back with confidence

Didn't really look at my skin. I had to wait 4 months for an appointment to be prescribed antibiotics. You're more interested in selling ointments and creams. No thanks.

I have been with the doctor for some time, she has always treated me well and competently and advised me. Even when I came into the practice without an appointment with acute skin changes, the creams (care products) had helped quickly and well. Four stars because you have to wait longer with appointment if much is going on.

Unkind sisters. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours until it came to me and was released within 5 minutes, without looking for the cause or to have listened to me. But the main thing is the coal and the look right.
