I am very happy with my doctor. She is listening. She responds to my concerns and I feel comfortable in practice. When you call, someone always answers (not a matter of course - I know it differently). The waiting times are ok. I have had to wait longer with other doctors despite an appointment. The entire staff is very friendly.

Staff is always friendly, at least I have to let them. That's why two stars. Yet: I had only problems in this practice (Sorry if I did not elaborate on it but there were several things) On concerns and complaints is not received, can listen to neither Mrs. Lusansky nor the employed sisters and fooled I should already more than once. I changed now and made 5kreuze!
