Absolutely incapable. The doctor spoke broken German and could not help at all. The receptionist constantly interrupted the conversation by bursting in, leaving the door open, and coming in with 1,000,000 documents to be signed. The doctor's husband, who works there as a receptionist, spoke to everyone with "Du" and insulted an elderly lady who only wanted to get a prescription for her demented husband. She didn't want to be helped. The doctor felt that she didn't know what to do with the previous findings. One felt neither in good hands nor taken seriously. I will never enter this practice again.

For many years I have been looked after very sensitively and professionally. All complaints are dealt with immediately. Formalities for rehab, specialists, health insurance, etc. are handled excellently and reliably by the practice team. On this way, my heartfelt thanks. PW
