Thanks to the company Klapprott that the condensate line was laid on copper several years ago and that we now have water damage, which the insurance covers only a small part. Condensate water has to be drained through a plastic pipe, as a heating company you should know. This company never comes back.

Professional company. After I bought a house and had to replace the heating there, I came across the Klapprott company. The advice and quotation worked very quickly. My old Vaillant VKS 17 was replaced by a Viesmann Vitodens 222-f condensing boiler. The heating runs very efficiently and is easy to operate (also via app). Configuring daily routines is child's play. The installation was done quickly and competently. All in all, I am very satisfied with the work and the service.

This company is a complete disaster! They are unable to replace or get the simplest component within 4 days. One calls continuously afterwards is only comforted and only excuses are served! I have rarely seen so much non-commitment. Great advertisement. You can be sure of the recommendation at the canal villages. Even this one star is far too much for this shop!

You should change a tap and drain. For the faucet, which costs 80 € on Amazon, they charged € 225.50. For the work they needed 4 hours. My complaints were not answered; the rework was done after about 2 weeks only for full calculation. Never again!
