I was very happy about previous visits to Dr. Lukas (around 2-3 years ago).
Last visit I was scheduled to another Dr. in the Center and I am not satisfied about the delay and service that I received from the Center (not the Dr.)
ps. I had only a check up visit.
Was already being treated by Mr. zum Broock (not yet married in the old practice and named Mr. Kurzma). Got an implant that wasn't cheap. As a second opinion / offer, I was still in Oldenburg for advice. The difference wasn't that big, so I decided to have it done in Emden. Lukas' process was professional and the ladies were always friendly and in a good mood -> 5 stars.
Later, where the new building was, I was treated by Mr. Praetner. After a piece of my molar broke off, we agreed that a partial crown would be used here. After this treatment the symptoms started for me. The cause of the discomfort is probably an oversensitivity of the tooth. According to the X-ray pictures, everything looked so far "healthy". Since I "only" had the pain in connection with cold drinks or warm meals, we said we should give the tooth a few months to calm down / regenerate. Said and done. It actually got better after about 4 months and I was able to eat and drink normally. But I have to say: This tooth drove me crazy and I was always on the verge of doing a root canal treatment (I was sure to be there 6 times for follow-up checks, etc.)
Now comes the hammer: after everything was back to normal, a piece of the same tooth breaks off again after about 6 months. For reasons of goodwill, Mr. Praetner conjured up a whole crown for me from the partial crown, simply so that the tooth is completely covered and thus there is a "protective layer" and on the other hand because the tooth was broken so badly that another solution didn't really make sense. So here again, by and large, a professional process and 5 stars.
The problem: Since the tooth is so overly sensitive, I sit again - now in 4 months - while eating and drinking with pain. Fortunately, the whole thing is now bearable. In the beginning it wasn't possible without pain pills.
In between I always go to professional teeth cleaning (at Imke). First and foremost, I do this because of the implant, which requires more intensive care. Here, too, I'm always very satisfied, even if I don't have to do a lot thanks to the ultrasonic toothbrush.
Waiting times are ok too. Once I had 2 appointments where I had to wait over 1 hour, the other 10 appointments were my turn immediately.
Personally, I can't say much about the general costs (except for the implant, since I made a comparison and the price was on average). Namely, I have additional insurance that has taken over most of it for me.
Mega !! Tooth cleaning & mega results. See you soon :) Many thanks to Mrs. B.
Mr. Salom is a very good doctor and he is very nice.
Ms. Janßen carried out a periodontal treatment for me, which was so thorough and painless that I was able to work with customers again immediately afterwards - very high praise! Also for the friendliness in addition to the professional competence!
