Hardy Fürch

I have been faithful to the Studio Yogaraum Westerwald for 11 years, although it is no longer in the direct catchment area of ​​Hachenburg as it used to be. Since Hardy Fürch is the most competent yoga instructor I know, it is also worth driving a few more kilometers to the course. Here everything is just right: variety of course content (always 10 blocks to changing topics), detailed instructions, individual help and correction, humanity and fun, variety in the hours of arrival, asanas (physical exercises, both dynamic and static), then Relaxation while lying - guided or sometimes with matching music - different breathing exercises and meditation techniques. The goal / effects of the different exercises are also explained very well. More energy, deceleration and relaxation, better sleep and a sharper body awareness are the result. I can highly recommend the yoga studio or Mr. Fürch - sniffing is possible and for people with a little yoga experience, but further approach the regular yoga days are a good recommendation!

Top, top, top - alone the journey calms you already. The room is beautifully located, outside green as far as the eye can see, lovingly decorated inside and very, very good yoga instructions and atmosphere.
