Camping Siesta

Very handy stop over campsite directly off the motorway. Not as noisy as you'd expect. Toilets and showers clean and quite new (though loo paper not provided in any cubicles). Walks directly from the site to one of the volcano park information trails. There are quite a lot of regulars with semi permanent pitches so it must be a popular spot!

Location and setup great for a stopover. (Right next to autobahn exit. Staff very friendly. Good playground for kids.

Great location, very close to the Autobahn. Yes, it's a bit noisy, but absolutely no problem. Perfect for one night! Bathrooms are great. And there's even a restaurant with basic food.

Good location for the climbing area. Clean and nice toilets but they were a little far from the best tent field. Good atention despite the owners don't speak so much english. I would recommend to bring earplugs because it's close to the highway.

Unfriendly owners, the site itself is OK but wouldn't stay there again with that amount of grumpiness
