Not available by phone to get an appointment you are forced to go there. It is not possible that you cannot even clarify something with reception over the phone or make an appointment. I have been with Dr Vetter and now Dr Renner for decades, and also satisfied, but these circumstances and the waiting time unfortunately make me think about switching

Dr Renner is a great doctor and is very precise and takes time for her patients. However, this results in very long waiting times. I wouldn't give the appointments so close one after the other ... but fine. What annoys me more, 95% of the time you can't reach any of the helpers on the phone. Even when you are in the practice, you can hear the phone ringing continuously. It is terrible!

Hello I understand the comments that are negative but honestly I prefer to wait a little longer and call several times to reach someone. When I get great treatment and advice for that. Which doctor still takes time for a patient these days that is extremely rare. And she is always very kind, thorough and accurate. And I already noticed that she had finished treating customers by 7:30 in the evening and is still always friendly and accurate. Most doctors act quickly and don't take their time and are annoyed. That has never happened to her. I give it five stars and ten if I could. I have been with her since I was 14 and I was there when I was 3 pregnant. I can only say 1 A. And their staff is great too.

This practice is practically impossible to reach by phone. For a month now I have been calling several times a week during office hours and no one answers. Also don't let the doorbell ring after 5 minutes. Contact via email does not exist.
