Friendly, hard-working medical assistants who always act for the benefit of the patient, even during long and exhausting working hours. Dr. Bridegroom is by far the best doctor in Landau. He always takes time for his patients, even if the waiting time is longer I feel that I am in good hands and I am already worried if he will retire. It will be difficult to find a replacement.

Super competent, empathetic doctor who takes a lot of time for his patients. The only drawback are the waiting times, so star deduction! The medical assistants are also very nice and always try to find solutions if you have a concern.

Not only that for 1.5 years my bile colic I got several times a month were not recognized and they were first discovered by another doctor, no, also how to deal with the patients is the bottom drawer. Waiting times of several hours are normal here, unclear statements on the phone too. One Monday I called to get my findings by mail so I could give them to my new family doctor. I was told that they do it on my own responsibility as they can be lost by mail. I took the risk. Three days later, they were not in the mailbox, the clerk on the phone said that the findings will be sent on Friday. On Tuesday there was still nothing there, I called again and it said only that they do not send any findings by mail to the respective patient for the purpose of data protection, etc. and that it would always be so. I'm sorry that this was only communicated to me on the third call. I asked her how long they would be on Wednesday for me to pick her up. Until 6 pm, she packs my things. On Wednesday I stood in front of a locked door, saw light through the gap and the spy. As soon as I rang the light was turned off and whispered. After several ringing was then opened, just to say that no one is there, and they can not give me the findings for privacy. I said that I can identify myself, then it was said she was not authorized. What excuse would you have come up with next? Never again practice Dr. Groom!

Very competent, factual, professional, conscientious and sensitive doctor, who takes a lot of time for his patients, and explains every disease synonymous understandable to a layman. Dr. Groom takes a lot of time for his patients and one does not feel like many other doctors handled and as Laufkundschaft. The practice is very well attended every day, and since Dr. Groom, among other things, also a family doctor, that is to say, he also has to go home for emergencies during the consultation, and under certain circumstances it can sometimes lead to longer waiting times. Longer waiting times should be scheduled as a patient (including appointment) here. The ladies at the reception are only human and do not have the lightest job in this rush of patients. The phone is ringing continuously which also has to be processed. This should all be considered before posting a negative rating here. Of course it is sometimes exhausting to wait a little longer, but the bottom line for me is the quality of the doctor and his treatment. From me 5 stars and thumbs up 👍

The doctor Top there is absolutely nothing to complain about. But the organization is a disaster 8:30 clock appointment at 13 clock I still saw. That can not be and was not the first time but is the rule !!!! If the doctor were not so good I would never do that to myself, but with patients you can do it.
