Attention, I can only warn the pharmacist Matthias Schäfer! When I opened a medication pack, I found that there were only ten out of 50 tablets in it. Of course I called the ring pharmacy and described the situation to Mr. Schäfer. However, instead of refunding the missing tablets or the overpaid € 13, he claimed that this could not be. In short, he indirectly assumed that I was lying. I should have noticed that the pack was lighter and should have opened immediately. Sorry, but who opens the pack in a pharmacy and counts the tablets? For ten years I was a regular customer of the Ring pharmacy with Dr. Dr. Schneider, such wicked behavior would have been unthinkable, but since this incompetent "new" took over, things have been going downhill. You simply have to call his behavior fraud!

I went to this pharmacy with a not necessarily clearly visible, but quite painful rash on the neck and décolleté. On the spot, I was then snapped first, if I would see this rash, then he would probably be there too. To give a worried customer the feeling he would just fancy something does not go in my opinion. Also in the further course of the conversation, I felt understood little and was not properly advised.

Good pharmacy, the reception may not like, but overall the willingness to help the customer is there.
