I can only say that is a rip-off store, outrageous and very arrogant.
Also the boss Mrs. Laux.
My mom has bought a shoe for 90 € and only after 2 weeks, the inner liner has discolored. Our complaint was not received. The boss was not exactly friendly to me on the phone. I will take legal action here. I can not recommend this store, rather spend your hard-earned money where else.
Friendly, competent advice and also special wishes will be fulfilled as soon as possible.
