Insanely committed customer service from the friendly saleswoman! Great, super reduced shoe, but unfortunately maybe a bit too small ??? The employee is actually ready to exchange this REDUCED shoe for the next size from a partner shop in Neustadt in her LEISURE time - only to then exchange it back because it was too big! So at least 2 super nice women who do their job with heart and earn many loyal regular customers. Keep it up!
