Incompetent staff and absolutely not customer friendly. You have to go to the branch several times to get the medication you urgently need and you have to take care of dealing with the doctors yourself if a certain brand is not available although it was the case before and they ok Got for the other brand .. One of the staff said it would not work, one day later called there to clarify where the problem is, the next one says it would be no problem and when you are back there they say that the colleague who said she said that it is not a problem has no idea. Instead of making each other bad, they should rather take care of the well-being of the customers. And if the customer is in need of a private prescription, because it is probably less of an effort for the employee, I think it's bold. There is a lot that can be improved.
