I don't know why you are offering your phone here. When you cannot take a new patient. I called in March for an appointment, they said that I can only call at the end of this year to get an appointment for the U8 and only when I have my new baby. And that month I've called a lot and when they answered they said they weren't taking new patients. One sister on the phone tried a little bit and the other was very bad or was totally unsympathetic. If one has a problem and needs help and you are not helping then why call yourself Praxis. Why offer your phone number if you are not taking new patients. Please do not write your phone number on google and write this info somewhere, but that is really bad behavior on your part.

Despite appointment very long waiting times, up to an hour! Our son made a swab and there was no call back from the practice about the result, our attempts to call in practice, several dozens of times remained without success. The one sister at the front desk is totally overwhelmed and therefore very rude! Only the doctor and two sisters are highly recommended. Doctor one, rest five!

We just moved here and wanted a friendly and competent doctor as possible. And he definitely is! The waiting time could be better divided, otherwise great so far.

A very competent doctor who takes time for her patients and prefers to get a second opinion from a specialist if she has a suspicion it could be something more serious. The nurses are friendly but the waiting time is often long and you have to stand in front of the locked door for a good 1 hour in order to be answered in acute cases, otherwise you have to come later here, as with many doctors, there are also limited capacities;) Except for this and the very poor telephone availability, we are very satisfied and can only recommend Frau doctor

The doctor is competent but the waiting time is mega long. Despite the appointment, which then only acted as an "order", I waited over 3 hours.
