How can you send a pain patient (child) away because the provisional health insurance card can only be sent by email and not by fax due to data protection. That goes to the medical board now.

A sympathetic doctor, who treated me kindly and gave comprehensive advice. I also felt wonderfully accepted by the sisters. Since I came by unannounced I realized that I have to take a longer wait in purchasing - have not regretted going there. A fine ENT practice - my thanks to Dr. med. Erdmann doctor and his team.

For me personally it was a negative experience to be treated with him. I was not allowed to say anything and not ask questions until he was finished with his examination. If I didn't know what was missing, he examined me! Strange investigative practices for me. among other things, nobody ever really answers the phone if you want to reach the good gentleman or Dahme

At the moment I'm waiting for 1 hour, just to get a sick report. It is pure arbitrariness who is abused when. So far, all 5 came after me, have been abused in front of me. I support the negative reviews. Unfortunately, I had to go to another doctor because mine was closed. I am very dissatisfied
