I will avoid this practice in the future. The nurses as well as the doctor have all been unkind to us. We came to this practice because of a request from the health department to do a test for COVID-19. Once there, we were told that the test was not feasible because we had to wait five days at home. Which was not true, because we had a direct order from the health department and a special permit. The negative test results were communicated to us very quickly by phone, unfortunately not in writing, as is necessary for the release from quarantine. We were told that this would be sent directly via FAX to the health department and that they would not tell us our results in any other way, as this would result in extra costs. In addition, you wouldn't earn anything with our test anyway. After there was still no result at the health department within one working day, we decided to call the practice again and ask about our test results. We were turned away in a very unfriendly manner, although we actually only asked friendly about the results. After numerous other calls, a fax was finally sent to the health department. Unfortunately, the test result, that is, the other fax for my partner, was missing. It seems reasonable to assume that one might want to artificially delay processes. Therefore I can only advise everyone against this practice. Go to other doctors with more social skills, because they are trying to deal with the patient / customer in the same way as in times long past.

Good doctor but you have to expect to stand in front of a locked door without a reason, neither at the door, nor on the internet nor on the AB!

Caution: as a patient, you are a second class person here! I will not visit this doctor's office again in the future. My partner and I have been sent to this doctor's office by the health department to carry out a corona test, as we are returning travelers. When we explained our situation to the sisters, they replied that we were not allowed to be tested on that day and had to wait five days before we could be tested. But that was misinformation, which the health department confirmed to us afterwards. Nevertheless, we were able to make it clear to the nurses that they were wrong and that we are allowed to carry out the test, because the health department approved this visit. With our statement to call the health department immediately, the test was ultimately carried out by the nurses with a lot of resistance. After the test, the madness started. When we called the doctor's office on Monday to ask about our test results, we were told that you can only do this by phone. When we asked if they could email them our test results, we were promptly told very unkindly that they are not paid for it and do not want to do it. However, we could not understand that, because it was also your duty to give us something in writing with which we can then go to the health department to release ourselves from quarantine. When we contacted the health department again regarding this situation, they told us that the doctor's office was wrong and should send us the result because they are obliged to do so. How else could we have released ourselves from quarantine? We didn't have anything in writing to show that we were negative. We called the doctor's office again in the late afternoon after the informative conversation with the health department. We spoke to Mr. Weber for the first time, he told us that the test results had already been faxed to the responsible health department. His statement was incorrect, because we waited with an employee for the fax until the last minute until the health department closed. The next morning we called the doctor's office again and told them that the faxes had not arrived. We asked again in a friendly and humane way whether they could send us an email with the results. Then came the screaming answer: “You don't pay anything for the test!” As a patient, you don't have to do that to yourself. In the end they managed to send my partner's result to the health department, but of course mine was not sent to the health department. Since the nurses gave us a ban on calling the doctor's office (number blocked), our health department supervisor had to call the doctor again to request my result. Of course, the supervisor managed to get my test result very quickly. Personally, as a person with a migration background, I feel discriminated against by this Paxis team.

Can you recommend with a clear conscience. Even when the waiting room is full, Dr. Weber takes time for each patient. You do not / never feel like you are just one of many. He listens to one in peace. So in short, a doctor you can trust. Here you can get help if you need help
