Hard to reach by phone, you are only put off or forwarded by voice computer, that is bad customer service!
What can you say big? It is a branch of Sparda Bank. Parking spaces are rather rare, but available nearby. Whether with or without an appointment, long waiting times are generally avoided. The advice and friendliness is fine. Vending machines are also available. The products that are offered are typical. So nothing special, but certainly not bad.
Unfortunately, rather disappointing. It's okay that retirees are no longer creditworthy, but to be left in the belief that the offer is available for 6 weeks and then to find out from the head office that this is not the case is hard. Found a similar offer somewhere else, so it's not that bad, but I'm already dissatisfied with the consultant, I tried several times to reach her and she just left me wrong or ignored me ...
I am very happy with Sparda Bank. Kudos to customer service too. I was always treated very kindly and nicely.
Especially in this Siegburg branch hardly cares about the interests of the customer. If you as a 40 hours a week working man, sometimes just want to quickly deposit money into his account, it may be that the machine does not work because vending machine defective or the employees do not empty the cash cassettes, etc. There are many excuses. For a while you just could not print out account details and so on. Sparda Bank, no thanks, I change.
