Hello what was disappointed only wanted to pay for a machine and would not let it run. If all customers would wear gloves and masks it would be better for everyone. Too bad that your bank is not located.

Once again, the Kreissparkasse Köln failed to meet deadlines. At the important financial appointment, the employee was still on external appointments, which later turned out to be a private appointment. The "replacement employee" turned out to be a trainee who was so outrageously talking that we closed all accounts there with immediate effect. Quote from the employee, when asked why there are renewed price increases for account management fees, that "you" would like to receive your salary at the end of the month.

I came here two years ago. Online banking may be cheaper, but I would like to be personally advised. And if I want to have an appointment for a consultation, then a call or a mail and I get one, usually very timely appointment. But even if I like this bank, it's still a bank and you get nothing here as well. Logically, right?
