All round a good and solid bank. I started my apprenticeship here almost 20 years ago and has always been an enthusiastic employee and today a customer. The old "Hauptstelle Siegburg" is competently staffed and technically well equipped. All in all 5 stars!

Well equipped with vending machines. Service desk always friendly and helpful. Partially full, but that is bearable. Your own customer advisors leave you alone if desired and thus push you into nothing you don't want. Satisfied with the branch.

I've been a customer of yours for years now, I pay for practically everything and have to pay a fee everywhere. There are banks where it is free and almost every bank doesn't have to pay a transfer fee except for you. In the age where a lot of things are done electronically, you are at the bottom, at least when it comes to paying. I have been loyal to you for years, but this is where we part ways.
