Buying shoes at Mehren is a shopping experience like it used to be: with peace, without time pressure and with the possibility of "chatting".
The owner, unlike the shoe shops in inner cities, is patient when it comes to getting new shoe models out of closets. There is simply no impatience or ungracious undertones, as we know from shoe salesmen in the city center, who need to bring the 5th model.
The owner knows his assortment and listens exactly to what one wants. He then offers very fitting what you want. You do not get moaned and you do not try shoe polish
or laces with for sale.
Conclusion: How customer-friendly a business should be!
