The ladies at the reception in Düren are very unfriendly. Oh God, there comes another customer who wants something from us. If you don't feel like your job, look for something else that is more fun, but please not in customer service. A smile would be nice. I also say hello in a friendly manner and smile.

Why are the ladies at the reception so unfriendly? Don't they get a salary? Went at the reception today on January 6th, 2021 at 11:50 a.m. and treated totally unfriendly. I felt like a foreign body. Then there was no disinfectant anywhere. Even with every Aldi you can disinfect your hands in front of and in the shop, why not here? I would like answers to that. Have a nice evening.

Very rude and not at all helpful. I was told that I should definitely drag my sick father out of the retirement home, even though I have a power of attorney. I don't need that at Sparta Cologne. Why do you put such people at the counter?
