Since the closure of the branch on the Zülpicherstraße 52 is now a small house with a pay dispenser and a self-service station for transfers, bank statements, etc. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to deposit money, the situation favors a rather unpleasant climate due to direct sunlight and Since there is only one copy of each machine, the waiting times are enormous on some days. Although there is an air conditioner, but the barely counteracts. But it will be particularly unpleasant, if you have to both machines. Followers enter the house as soon as a vending machine is free. Thus, one can either wait in a corner until the other machine is free again or leaves the house and turns again. Both options are rather unproductive and definitely something should be changed. Nonetheless, the whole is an acceptable substitute, though not nearly as comfortable as the closed branch.

Friendly and courteous staff who, though busy, never lose patience. Supplement !!! My beloved friendly branch has recently become a self-service container. There is almost never a chance to get a parking space and deposits are not possible. I have to go to Stockheim more often because so many people are waiting. For me, the added value of the Sparkasse is clearly lost. Consideration to change the account is in the room.
