So the Corona distance regulations and person restrictions are regulated completely incompetently. If an employee there sorts the people in line by pond between the switch and the machine, he should at least be able to remember his own division. While others wait for people waiting in the same pond, other people cheerfully walk directly from the parking lot into the building without warning or reprimanding the rules, while the others wait patiently. Then to make statements to customers like, it has to be ‘if a waiting customer says she has to go to the savings book etc. Or you should make a phone transfer and pick up no money at the machine now. Where's the point and customer service ?! While other people are encouraged to enter one by one to operate the machine (which is difficult for older people who cannot do this), the help is given in reverse if someone can enter individually but cannot operate with the statement 'no time' . So everything very thoughtless !!! And this employee at the door completely incompetent in my eyes!
