On Sundays the central drainage pipe for shower, toilet etc. was blocked. Help came within 50 minutes. Problem solving carried out professionally. Bill of € 112.50 is extremely appropriate. No Sunday surcharge. It couldn't be better. Thank you very much.

The fitter was friendly and cleared the blockage in a very short time.
Unfortunately, the picture was mixed: On Sunday morning all drains in the bathroom and kitchen were suddenly tight - nothing worked. Called Arei, hope arose because the friendly lady on the phone said a remedy for the same day. The nice fitters were on site a few hours later and struggled to find and remove the blockage. After an hour and a half, they gave up because they could not find access to the drain in the bathroom and could not dismantle the designer toilet, or did not want to, so as not to damage it. So far so good - was an honest and fair decision by the fitters so as not to cause even more costs. But then still sending an invoice for € 357, - even though the blockage could not be cleared, is then rather unfair. You actually pay when the job has been done - which was not the case here. Therefore, unfortunately, there are only pluses for the speed and friendliness, but not for the quality of the work and the billing.
I can only recommend. Everything is correct. Price just works well.
