Fitter came 2 hours earlier than agreed. Then again at the agreed time. Pumps weren't running. After wiggling the cables, they ran again. Problem solved after 5 minutes! In my opinion not sustainable, but rather negligent! The invoice amounts to 1 hour installer plus travel. The reason was that he had to come twice. Unfortunately my son signed the proof of work. They were not accommodating by phone. Not even considering that an order worth almost 5,000 euros should be awarded in the next few days. It's a pity!
The company makes a bill just for watching. Poor service would not recommend it.
A fault with our heater was resolved quickly, cleanly and cheaply. The fitter was very nice and accommodating. That's how it should be!
