I can not understand, so since November 2015 I have been a client of this bank (Unterhaan branch) and so far I have been treated very kindly and very politely. I was very well advised and I have always been helped well. I've never had any problems so far and there are no misunderstandings to this day. On the contrary ... the staff was always helpful and accommodating. Maybe it was also because of the people themselves, the negative rate here .... Who knows how they occurred there?!?!?! I myself can not say anything negative. Can only recommend this bank and the staff.

When it comes to money, better a real bank! Anyone who has an account with the Sparkasse either had no choice or no money! The fees of this "bank" are in no relation!
