Wanted to bring a blanket over for cleaning. Was sloppily rejected. The reason: "Then the machine would have to be disinfected afterwards." What kind of statement is that, please? Isn't it generally disinfected after the washes, especially in the current situation? And isn't a cleaning service there to clean dirty / soiled laundry (the blanket wasn't even that dirty!)? Unfriendly & unsanitary.

I've been bringing my shirts here for months. The staff are very friendly and things are generally quite fast, as everything is ready for collection after 2 working days. Simple shirts (Oxford style) are usually impeccable. Unfortunately I have repeatedly pointed out on (especially more expensive) shirts that have a crease in the sleeve that 2-3 folds were ironed in parallel after cleaning (which looks silly). The employees then say that allegedly generally no creases are incorporated. - Of course, one wonders where these come from. Unfortunately, repeated stains were not completely removed. - I would have liked to have been informed of this when I was picked up, so that I didn't only notice in the morning when I looked in the mirror that it had to be a different outfit. For a better / more perfect result, I would wait longer and pay a little more. It may be possible to train the staff more precisely about the internal processes in order to prevent faulty processes. In the meantime I've changed providers.
