The work carried out was good. You just have to be aware that the prices are already quite high. 54 euros net for a mechanic hour and a vehicle flat rate of 20 euros net are really at a high level. The car flat rate is also calculated if the place of use is only approx. 1.5 km or 4 minutes away by car. Therefore there is unfortunately the trigger.

This has never happened to us. We went to this dealer to buy and install a Kludi kitchen cabinet. Very helpful and friendly seller. Unfortunately, it was not possible for the fitter to attach the Kludi fitting to us professionally. The faucet was crooked on the sink and wobbled. This was complained of and we signed under reservation and asked for consultation with the boss. Immediately we sent photos of the oblique attachment to this company. In the afternoon we discovered that the pipes under the sink were leaking and we had to lend a hand ourselves. Instead of a call back we received the bill after 1 week. Then we called again and complained. The answer was that the work was done and needed to be paid. Then my husband replied that the work was done poorly and the valve shakes and sits crooked and also the pipes were leaking afterwards. The promised call back from the boss did not take place and we called again. After that, the boss called and we pointed out that the employee had spent hours unsuccessfully trying to install the fitting. As a result, the boss gave us 1 hour's discount on wages. He agreed, after receipt of the money, to acknowledge us that the bill was fully paid by us. We are waiting for that today.
