Very unfriendly employee who answers snuggly and doesn't seem to want her job. According to her own statement she always speaks that way. Totally unprofessional and inappropriate. Not recommended to go there to have the paternity of the child recognized.

Had to do there once, a really old building But also nice

Very unfriendly and at 10 o'clock after the coffee there only had to be answered with yes or no so no more than 5 minutes of work

Open since 8 a.m. No one answers the phone until 9 a.m.
