Unfortunately we have to write a negative review. The reason is incorrect invoicing. First of all: the communication was friendly, the work was carried out properly. However, we were billed for hours not worked. Despite the fact that we were able to explain and prove the exact working hours, this was not recognized. The explanation that exchanging a small piece of pipe cannot take 2.75 (but 1 hour) was not accepted either. In the end, we were allowed to deduct 40 euros from the bill "as a gesture of goodwill" without acknowledging that the bill was incorrect. It is a shame when the facts are clear and one is still not believed (but rather the fitter's working hours).

make promises that are not kept, customers flatly refuse at their nose ... Execution cannot be estimated, because after multiple attempts, an order never came ... Without a good reason you are just put off ... All around not recommended ...
