We had problems with our NIBE heat pump Fighter 1220. The first mechanic has found that allegedly the motherboard and possibly the actuator for the 3-way valve is defective. This mechanic shone only by his false analysis, his unreachability and unreliability. On the contrary, that looks like Mr. Czarnetzki. First call from me to the mailbox and he logs back as soon as possible. He takes the time to listen to the problems and provides the first diagnosis due to his absolute expertise - which turned out to be absolutely correct. He has about 25 minutes with me. telephoned and described by telephone for a layman traceable steps to narrow down the cause of the heat pump. Result: It was only the actuator for the 3-way valve. He ordered a replacement drive for me, who, as he predicted, arrived within 2 days. I could do the installation myself because of his description and my education. If I could I would award 10 stars. So if someone has problems with his NIBE heat pump, then he is in the right hands. PS: Last but not least, I would like to mention that Mr. Czarnetzki has revealed to me an emergency trick to get back to hot tap water.
