On the positive aspects: Mr. Lindner is friendly and hard-working, the work was done quickly. Now to the unfortunately predominant negative aspects: Assurance and guarantee that it would definitely be an insurance damage (which, however, they saw differently) and that everything would be taken care of, poor work by the tiler and completely excessive invoice amount, more than 3x as high as estimated by experts. If you want to save yourself litigation and stress, you are looking for someone else.
